Angeliki Diakrousi is an architect, artist and researcher. She holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Patras and a Master of Arts in Experimental Publishing from Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam. Her work examines the spatial, social and political implications of technologies that affect urban territories, through relational methodologies, collaborations and sonic practices. She is a former member of Varia, a space of collective approaches to everyday technology in Rotterdam, and a co-initiator of the radio platform Narrowcast (involved until 2023). She has taught in Fine Arts and Social Practices in Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam. Between 2022-2024 she was a researcher for The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest (TITiPI) under the CHANSE funded project SoLiXG. She is a recipient of the Talent Development Grant by the Dutch Creative Industries Fund (2021), the Sonic Acts Underexposed mentorship (2021) and the Onassis Foundation Scholarship (2018). Her work has been circulated internationally in various exhibitions, biennials, conferences, radio networks, online collective platforms and publications. She is currently an artist resident in Futures of Listening (FIBER, Amsterdam) and working as an architect and researcher in Athens and Kefalonia.
